During the course of the case proceeding post registering of the case by Dr. Rajan Mahtani, various evidences and documents of proofs were submitted. A strange fact of the case is that majority of the documents and evidences that were accepted at proof were from Dr. Rajan Mahtani’s side. He has submitted various evidences such as signed shareholder’s agreement stating his shareholding portfolio at the company. He has also submitted an audit report conducted by an external auditor. As per the audit report, Dr. Rajan Mahtani is the sole partner of a firm that was established as a joint-venture, owing to his majority shareholding position. Apart from that, numerous financial exhibits and testimonials have been submitted by the lawyers of Dr. Mahtani to prove his rightful ownership over the factory. On the other hand, the Ventriglias have failed to share any strong evidence to support their claims, over the course of 10 years. At the same time, they have been constantly trying to diminish Dr. Mahtani’s reputation by accusing him of malpractice or threatening shareholders. However, the judge has thrashed these accusations from the Ventriglias due to lack of evidence.
Final judgement will be announced soon.
