Coming to the case, the factory was successfully run by Dr. Mahtani for many years, until it was illegally captured by the Ventriglias. Dr. Rajan Mahtani then took the case to Lusaka High Court. The Ventriglias then contested by arguing that Dr. Mahtani did not pay for the shares he owns at the factory. However, the Ventriglias have not been able to share any substantial evidence to prove their claims. Dr. Mahtani, on the other hand, has shared numerous documents and evidences that fully support his claim.
As per the latest announcement, case hearing is closed and final judgment will be announced soon based on the evidence submitted by both sides.
